We understand, that by the time we receive a call for help, often times the need is immediate. Whether your need is immediate, or you are just looking for a little extra assistance, we are here to help!
We work with every client and family to create a unique care plan outlining each individual client’s needs and capability. We work with you to a set up and customize a schedule based on the times when the care is needed most.

If you are a Family member, Power of Attorney, Legal Guardian, etc, a great way to stay involved in the care being provided is by accessing our innovative FAMILY ROOM! The Family Room is web-based, and is provided to all Safe and Secure Home Care clients or their approved contacts at no additional cost. The Family Room provides clients and family members with information on upcoming schedules, the caregiver team, medications, invoices, and even details down to the tasks that were completed during each shift. You can create unlimited logins for family members to access the care calendar, view notes from past shifts, or even pay or split a portion of the bill.

View the Care Calendar.
Stay informed about the scheduled care provided in a monthly or weekly view.

Review Care Logs and Shift Tasks.
Family Room users can review completed care logs as well as current shifts in real time, including task updates and voice commentary by the caregiver.

Medication Management.
Monitor prescriptions and dosage to ensure that everyone is on the same page.

Care Plans and Shift Notes.
When the caregiver clocks out, completed tasks and voice notes are updated. These updates can be viewed and listened to in the Family Room.

Pay Electronically.
No more paper invoices! With the Family Room, family members can set up auto-pay or even log in and split the bill online. Family members can see past invoices and update credit card information, keeping your billing process easy to manage.

Easy Communication.
When you login to the Family Room, you are able to send a message to the Safe and Secure Home Care staff. For example, ‘Mom has a Dr apt on Tues 10/3 at 8am’. Your communications come directly to our admin staff and anytime we communicate back to you through the Family Room, an email is sent to you to let you know.
